Small-batch roasting, right here in Moundridge, Kansas
At Sand Creek Coffee, I roast every batch by hand — light, medium, and dark — starting at first crack and ending exactly where the flavor wants to be. No shortcuts. No warehouse roasters. Just fresh coffee, roasted to order since 2012.
Over the years, I've noticed a shift. More people care deeply about what's in their coffee cups. You could call it an awakening of the palate — a newfound appreciation for the rich variety coffee has to offer.
From the bright tang of lighter roasts to the bold simplicity of darker brews, every cup has a story to tell. Sweet, sunlit coffees from Central America. Adventurous, vibrant flavors from Africa. Deeply complex, earthy tones from Indonesia. Each one whispers its own tale, complementing the emotions and rhythms of your day.
That's why the shelf here reads like an atlas: Ethiopia, Guatemala, Kenya, Panama, Sumatra, Yemen. The world grows extraordinary coffee, and my job is to roast it carefully and get it to your door while it's still singing.
