Shipping
Every order is roasted after you place it — that's the whole point of Sand Creek. Your beans hit the roaster, rest just long enough to be packed at their peak, and ship within 1–2 business days from our roastery in Moundridge, Kansas.
At checkout you'll choose between USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Rates are calculated from our door to yours based on package weight and distance, and you'll see the exact cost — including estimated transit days — before you pay. No surprises on the receipt.
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link so you can watch the coffee make its way to you. (If a shipment goes out without tracking, we'll tell you that too.)
We currently ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Returns & Refunds
Coffee: roasted-to-order coffee can't go back in the roaster, so we keep it simple — if your coffee arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered, or just isn't making you happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. We may ask what went wrong (it helps us roast better), but we won't ask you to mail coffee back.
Brewing equipment: unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Reach out first and we'll send you the return address; return shipping is on us if we sent the wrong or a defective item, otherwise it's on you. Refunds go back to your original payment method within a few business days of the return arriving.
Order changes & cancellations: since roasting starts quickly, contact us as soon as possible — if your order hasn't roasted yet, we can change or cancel it with a full refund.
