These terms apply to your use of the Sand Creek Coffee Roastery website and to any order you place with us. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. We’re a small family roastery in Moundridge, Kansas, and we aim to keep this fair and straightforward.

Our coffee & products

We roast in small batches to order. Because coffee is a natural product, exact flavor, appearance, and availability can vary, and we may change or discontinue products at any time. We do our best to describe everything accurately, but we don’t guarantee that every description is error-free.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, but changes won’t affect orders we’ve already accepted. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (PayPal and/or Stripe). If we discover an obvious pricing or product error, or can’t fulfill an order, we may cancel it and refund you — we’ll let you know if that happens.

Shipping & returns

Shipping costs, timing, and our return policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms. Because coffee is roasted fresh for you and is perishable, some items may not be returnable — that page has the details.

Subscriptions

If you sign up for a coffee subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the interval you choose until you cancel. You can cancel or change a subscription at any time from your account. If a subscription price ever changes, we’ll tell you before it applies. Each renewal is roasted fresh and shipped to the address on your account.

Your account

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information so we can ship your coffee to the right place. Let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Please use the site only for lawful purposes and don’t attempt to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or misuse it. We may suspend access if the site is being misused.

Intellectual property

The Sand Creek Coffee name, logo, photographs, and site content belong to us and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and our products are provided “as is,” and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above shows when. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
