The story
Coffee was born in Ethiopia, and this natural-process lot from the Yirgacheffe region shows why we keep coming back. Dried whole on raised beds, the cherry sugars soak into the bean for a cup that tastes like summer fruit. We roast it medium to keep every bit of that sweetness.
